This is the 5pm Fox10 News Story that reported the news of two peaceful Alabama residents that were growing the God given hemp plant in their private garden/sanctuary behind their house. An anonymous tip lead authorities to their home where they violated the couples constitutional rights, confiscated their private property and charged them with felony trafficking. Watch this case closely as the couple is challenging the law in order to create necessary change for the future. Help end the War on Drugs. • Wow. this is how we are raised. Put people in jail for growing a plant in your OWN back yard. This fucking planet isnt anyones for the taking but we are all alves to our goverment. They will lie to us and alter our minds but we cant make decisions for our selves. LIke i said Fuck this world.

  • It's amazing to me that the laws in this country are so backwards.

3 officers of the law, including the head of narcotics, spent considerable amounts of time working on our arrest.

During that time, they were not out arresting violent offenders, "the real criminals." Where is the sense in this?

Your tax dollars are being wasted every day by arresting, trying, and incarcerating non-violent people who just want to be left alone.

    Leave me alone!

  • Look at the crimes Alabama law enforcement chooses to pursue. I have witnessed theft, assalt and murder go ignored while all the effort is put on drug crime because of the property that could be siezed in the arrest. They don't sieze the property of a thief, robber, or murderer but a drug offender if he/she doesn't go to jail they are usually fined into poverty.

  • The prohibition of Cannabis is telling God he made a mistake. Thats why God is bring this country to its knees. The bible says God gave hemp to man to use for food and shelter and whatever mans see fit for it. Oh and its medicine too- One might think that God truly does love us. What are we doing to ourselves in this world?

  • they were busted w/one big plant not a pot farm.

  • @DankFogz Agreed!

  • @Jazzzzlover You are an awful person if you believe what you say! These people are harmless to others and help others she is a nurse and he is a minister and you call them snakes why? because they use marijuana! people like you is why it is still illegal! you like jazz so much u should know that when jazz first came around the majority used marijuana!

  • worse case scenario, say they WERE drug trafficking (I know they weren't).... Well, then, they were helping a lot more people rather than just themselves.

  • Welcome to a nation run by corporations. In a still functional democracy these adults would not be in danger of losing their liberty.

  • So what happened? Are they in prison now?

  • Don't you love freedom

XD XD XD XD XD XD

Learn the law peoples...the courts are where we MUST win, and people are winning everyday

You gotta have "standing" without it, they have total jurisdiction...however, if you have "standing" they cannot do a damn thing unless there is damage done.

  • man I dont want my tax dollars going to support them in jail, Fuck that, total waste of money and resources. porhabition is illegal.
