Port Authority Police Fire Truck Ride At JFK International

Sorry for the bad quality, I wasn't very good with videography when I made this. we took a ride in one of the new Oshkosh fire trucks at JFK International Airport, and in the same day went in the new Airbus A380, and in the tower, it was great.

Very nice...always wondered, i'm somewhat reluctant to declare an emergency unless it's a major one...smaller things, where you could possible get away with not calling you guys out...is it a pain, or are you guys always willing to go, even when it's most likely a show up and do nothing type of call.

@Staubb00 Alright...yeah seems the paper work, and the fact of rolling out all the equipment for something that isn't 100% necessary sometimes makes the decision hard. Keep up the good work though, good piece of mind to have you guys on the field!

VUSCG5213, you never have to worry about declaring, it's our job not a hassle to get in the trucks! It seems like too many pilots wait until their "really in trouble" to ask for help somtimes.
