If you listen to Craigs conversation with Sarah then John Paul, don't you wonder were Craig gets all the energy to sustain his original plans?... spending ALL day in bed with Sarah THEN spending the evening with John Paul. My oh my... what a man. *can't help it... devilish thoughts run by constantly with Guy around*
That's why I thought Duran Duran 'Falling Down' playing quietly in the background suits Craigs position at this point in the McDean timeline. Craig's keeping his engagement to Sarah a secret from John Paul (& everyone else, much to Sarahs dismay) while enjoying his affair with John Paul... "Having his cake and eating it too." It's only the next week when Craigs secrets come 'Falling Down' :)

Melissa was Sarah's model friend. Melissa also suffered for anorexia and her and Hannah became friends when Melissa discovered what Hannah was doing. She kind of coached Hannah on the whole thing and eventually Hannah and her decided to leave, but when they were leaving her house Melissa had a heart attack and died.
