Here is the great man who took the time to talk to us not only in these speeches-but via his wonderful novels. I looked forward every year to the latest new book by the Doc...now I am heartbroken and will never hear NEW words from him again! A truly great man, who gave us SO MUCH, is gone. GOD BLESS MC!

Crichton makes very profound points. Listen to this tape carfully.

Very consistent speach. I really like his conclusion in the end "this is the world". I think it all comes down to a philosohpy that incorporates understanding, curiosity beyond the borders of fear and stirness. I would like to add a quote from the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus:
Panta rhei = Everything flows and nothing stands still

i watched the 1st min and had no idea what he was talking about

we need more global warming debunkers TOO many people have drunken the "man is guilty" kool aid.
