I never was there, but saw a lot of video from that area (include vids from bahn.tv). I like that nature. What did you do there? And what new viaduct we see on the video? Is it new ICE line to Wurzburg?

wow, those towns are beautiful. that dark grey coluring of the houses amazing. what are they covered with?

the houses are covered with slate. the entire mountains of this region are slate, so it was a common building material, but isn´t cheap anymore. Newer houses often have plaster on the walls and roof tiles.
