warm up your wheel with like a hairdryer or something so the wheel expands then hit it with hammer and it should fall straight out but dw bout the wheel expanding it shrinks back when cooled

happend to me today when my bearings fell apart while rideing and 2 rings and stuck inside they were bones reds

You get it out by hitting it again

hey i got the same problem as you i got the bearing cases suck in my metal core and i cant get it out :(

the same exact thing happened to mee

you pop the bearings till the balls come out and then but s screw driver lodged in there and stomp on your wheel

try spray them with WD 40 before trying to hit them out

ermmmm i had mine removed form my dads work they cut the ring and then bent it so it just popped out

happened on my proto. you gotta keep hitting with a skinny screwdriver. but whyen you chjange bearings get two pieces of wood. and set bearing part inbetween andhammer it out witha screwdriver.
