God isn't real.

This is the most rediculous argument of all time... you can change fire by putting water on it. Also you're making the assumption that God created humans which has no been verified.

Thomas Aquinas used arguments that a five-year-old would use today.
Stop so clinging to what an ancient dumbass said. Think for yourselves!

I think that some of these people on Youtube should actually read a logic book before making argument videos.

poop

if you plain simple cut your balls off, they will fall and hit the ground. That was god.
Such a cruel fucker.

Thomas claims that for anything to move god must have moved something to start it all, what moved god? I am waiting for an answer that is actually an answer, not an excuse.

are you high?

there are so many things wrong here i dont know where to start. all which you have described as change is caused by natural processes. the problem is that you think that every process has a purpose rather than it being a phenomena of a cause and effect relationship. if i put up a windmill, is the winds purpose to turn it? no. wind exists regardless of my windmill due to atmospheric pressure. so things change according to natural laws, no god required. please pick up a science book instead.

Science for retards?..
Christianity!

Okay
stuff moves.. and like... can be umm changed and beings are ...
so then...GOD :D
Thank you, good sir you have shown me the light bahaha

Just as a surface comment , (as the argument itself falls easily):
1)Fire is a subjective view of a exothermic chemical process.
2) 'Cold' fire exists, as 'Cold' itself is a subjective term. Now if you are arguing that the Law of entropy is evidence, then you will need to link a lot more then you have done.
Exactly! I appreciate your belief in God. Many do so, but what really justifies us morally is again the acceptance of the Gospel of Christ by Faith. It is not enough to believe in God. but we need to get our sins washed by the blood of His son Jesus. It is then we are morally justified by faith and not by our own merits or works. Unless this happens our souls are in danger. So all knowledge of God should lead to Salvation and righteousness imputed by Him upon us. Thanks for watching this video

I can see how this argument could be used to explain personal revelation and enlightenment. But the change in the world, the lack of permanence in the physical world, can now be explained by factors such as erosion, chemical reactions, and DNA damage.
Do you think that the knowledge learned since Thomas Aquinas' time has damaged his argument at all?

Friend, When He observed change, he was lead to believe that things that are changed are changed by somebody who is perfect and cannot change. All the scientists have done is to show forth agents or causes of change (which are again subject to change such as erosion and reactions) we now have new questions but no answers except in God. all we get to is Big bang and atoms. all we can think of is explosion bringing forth order. yet we daily see in tv that explosions bring only disorder.
