  • Im shipping off to Navy bootcamp this coming January and im not going to lie, im pretty nervous about it, and excited at the same time. Im assuming its normal to feel anxiety about bootcamp itself. Im just looking for all the insight and information I need before I go. If you can help, I would appreciate it...

  • @TheSerenityhuck that is what the forum on the site is for! ...stop on by.. its free!

  • if this is the new Navy man almost makes me ashamed of being in the Navy for 10 years but i've been out for 19 years i gus i was in the real Navy

  • @Nathansmith9603 the "toughness" of basic training does not determine what is a "real" navy or not. The fact is that most navy rates are not combat related and have no need for excessive strength. When it comes to things such as navigation, nuclear propulsion and much of the navy daily requirements.. smart beats tough hands down. DO not demean current or future Sailors by insinuating that they are not part of a "real" navy... their sacrifice is as real as it gets.

  • I watched these videos countless times and I am 100 percent mentally ready for boot camp and have began trading my body can not wait to make my journey to great lakes from eastland Texas. I'm only 16 and have been dedicated to joining the armed forces since I was 8

  • thanks for being the first person to show the real navy life and not some fake summer camp on youtube.

  • @BootCamp4Me can you make videos on Army BCT and how it changed?

  • I have a feeling my dad (former sailor) is gonna shed a few tears at my graduation

  • @armsimporter24 O_O... im on a boat and its goin fast and.

  • prior army here, considering navy reserve. got a question for active duty seamen: Do ya'll ever get pumped up and excited and act a little wild about firing weapons or during pt? I recall being motivated by such things and i've yet to see a sailor yell hooyah while pumping iron, jogging in formation, or firing a weapon. to be fair i've never seen someone in the navy with a weapon.

  • @gothazoid123 learn the sailor creed, the ranks and the coller devices and patches, and the 11 general orders by heart. Don't call a petty officer a chief, a chief a petty officer, that can ruin your whole day like me calling a senior chief a petty officer made stare at a wall of all the RDC pictures for three hours at attention xD!

  • @PCade01 if you want bootcamp to be hell, on your first day when you at some point are sitting on a desk and they ask you recruits if you can swim and run, raise your hand...welcome to the 900th division xD

  • @ishudbesurfing no....lol

  • 2:20 i thought that was black ppl
