I cant say im surprised. Putin just wants to be a dictator. How is the russian goverment going to ever be respected if there word doesnt mean anything. they are useing the financial crisis as a cop out. I realy hope the people of russian dont suport this and if they do i feal sorry for what else is going to be amended.
