  • I'd like to give it a try, but the having a song over as you put together the spices for the blackening season make it impossible. Could you list them?

  • Hello doer208861411: Glad you are giving the recipe a try! Below are the spices for the blackening seasoning for 1/2 lb for salmon. Use a teaspoon each of: White pepper; Fresh cracked black pepper corns; Cayenne pepper; Fresh rosemary ; Granulated garlic; Granulated onion; Kosher salt. Let me know how it turns out. ~ Stephanie

    Thanks for the question. You can purchase remoulade sauce at a few different stores including - Ralph's, SavMart, Whole Foods, Von's as well as specialty stores. It will typically cost about $5.
