@SentiBM You can burn a regular DVD and it will play on a PC. Or try the Web option in Encore which will place the movie into an HTML document using Flash. That can be opened using a web browser on a PC. I would experiment and see what works best.

Where do i open encore from? I have after effects and apparently I should have it but no sign. Please help

@ShadyTweak In Premiere Pro, select a sequence, then go to File>>Adobe Dynamic Link>>Send to Encore. Try sending it to Encore. If Encore starts up, you're all set. If not, not sure what to do. You could try re-installing Premiere Pro, but select only the Encore installation part. Normally Encore can be launched in Windows under All Programs, Adobe, Adobe Encore.
