On July 7, 2009, Ronald Kitchen was released from prison, 21 years after he was tortured into confessing to, and convicted of a mass murder he did not commit. Now, on July 1, 2010, Ronald Kitchen announces a lawsuit against those he holds responsible for his torture, his wrongful conviction and wrongful death sentence.

    .... AND he painfully earned every single buck of whatever he is getting. can u imagine being in jail for 21 years, 13 of those 21 years on death row?

    worthy of the criminal injustice system only few countries have - probably unique in the western world.

  • Hopes he wins the lawsuit against those that are responsible for putting him in jail. He will surely win several millions of dollars for his pain and suffering.
