might as well by a set of cdj 400's and save some cash. the mep 7000 doesnt come close to 400s. and as for software it dont mean shit unless you hardware is up to the task trust me on my 6th year of using VDJ and the like.

Can we play DJS on an Apple?

Would it be possible to play one song from Deck A, one song from Deck B and let them play while still using the controller to control e.g. DJS? The laptop/DJS would use its own external soundcard, of course.
Would this be possible by connecting the controller to the computer instead of the connecting the drive unit to the computer?

Wow that MEP-7000 is sooo small! You were just man handling that thing!The question is do you think it is a very useful piece of kit? (not asking for myself because that is just not something i would like, i just wanted to see what you had to say about it!)

I used the mep with a set of DVJ1000 a few months ago and i found i was using the mep far more. j
