  • Dang! Why does Dorothy have to be so loyal and self-sacrificing at the expense of her happiness? I hate when women do that!

  • I like Aunt Jemima, I really do, but she is being so selfish here at the end.

  • @MsWholigan Yeah, I understand that. I'm not judging you for thinking that; I was just saying that I identify with her pretty strongly. I totally get where you're coming from, though. I guess it worked out in the long run.

  • @youtubrgirl12345 Quite the contrary, sweetie. A.) I don't know you. B.) I didn't say that I don't like women like that. I just think that a woman should get to be as happy as the people she loves, at the very least, if not more so.

  • She's so excited to see her. <3

  • @MsWholigan You probably wouldn't like me, then...

  • Oh my gosh! the EXTREMES of manipulation this woman practices! reminds me of my grandmother

  • I don't think we quite understand Aunt Stanbury's meaning. I believe she is saying that she just doesn't want them to say it out loud to her. It's her way of giving her blessing without backing down from her former opinion

  • @sweetmother2406 Yeah, she's asking her niece to spend her whole life unhappy, just so some snobs won't be able to occasionally whisper among themselves that perhaps she had ulterior motives.

  • Wow! Money makes people do silly things.

  • Love and money. The stuff that great stories are made of- probaby because everyone lives with or without each.

  • Priscilla makes me laugh :) shes so adorably truthful
