holyfeild try to box with lennox which never gonnna workm with lennox size if he went at him like bowe maybe he would have won but i think them 3 fights with bowe took the last out of him lennox wins 2 fights for sure
shit holy could barely even get close and when he started to get in range he just got popped with jab jab jab right hand, thats boxing superiority on lewis' part
I think a lot of Lewis strategy for this fight was avoiding Holyfields best punch...his forehead! In this fight, Holyfield kind of reminds me of Mosley, sometimes when a boxer gets frustrated or doesn't know what to do they tend to just jump in place. If I were Lewis' trainer at this point, I would tell my fighter to be extra cautious behind the jab and wait 5-6 rounds while Holyfield wastes his energy jumping around the ring.
Lewis up by 2 or 3 points after 6 rounds. Holyfield had one halfway significant connect to this point. Lewis had been landing cleaner. Holyfiled only trying to make it look good trough dancing and rough housing...nothing significant to win rounds.
Holyfield danced too much. Dancing only helps against faster, smaller guys, not against boulders like Lewis. You gotta go to their body, play peek-a-boo, that sort of stuff.
who win???????????????????????????????

@Adgm316 Ironically the same happened between Lewis and Tyson in sparring sessions

@CptBoomstick You hit the nail right on the head there (excuse the pun). Holyfield's head butting was what won him fights he knew he could lose!
