  • this technique seems like we do sits up and twist as reaching up.. sory i dont know how to explain better. and i read some articles saying it's not good actly.. i'd like to know whether this technique has the same effects??

  • @upnthemorninway2soon no you should not eat before working out. you should drink water instead, or tea like green tea and white tea (i recommend white tho, green is too heavy for the morning) before you do crunches you should run/jog/powerwalk for 15 mn, then proceed to do crunches :)
