  • @job187 You are right; the exercise they do in the video are called back extensions, I think.

  • That looks like back raises to me.

    I thought glute ham raises were when u had your lower legs pinned and raised and lowered the rest of your body.

  • @Jnav411 take out leg extensions and do squats instead and yes it will be good

  • I like this routine. Is this routine ok to do for a beginner who is lifting weights? I havent come up with a routine during my leg day.

    This video was posted in June. They most likely changed their routine up a bit. Though yeah, it is a bit confusing. Calf exercises or not, their workout splits have greatly improved my gains in the past few weeks.
