@drblodski Mine was completely stock EXCEPT for a Seymour-Duncan double blade in the bridge position. I paid $500 USD for it. Cool guitars huh?

me too - ho much you pay for it out of interest? I paid about what this poast is asking. 800 UK GBP. Mine was fully pimped though with all new elextics, and shielding and new plate and bone nut etc etc. Its sweet.

I had a sunburst 62 reissue flametop, but I sold it for $400 to put towards a gibson sg. Before I sold it I did some research and couldn't find any information on it. Lately I found out the they are very rare and bring big money. Someone on ebay is asking $2,000 for one.

Awsome tele man, I have a 62 reisssue tele from 87" or so. Does yours have a serial # at the base of the neck? Mine doesn't and I'm not sure it is supposed to.

Hi Ty. I just bought this same guitar. It took me a while to figure it out, because it is covered in house paint! I'm going to restore it. From what I can find, the red ones were rather rare.
