It's been 5 days since we started the Raw Food and the Natalia Rose challenge. We talk about strategies you can use to start a raw food diet, and also about the transition period between the standard diet and eating raw food. Thus, we give an overview of the diet plan when following the Natalia Rose program.
Here is the recipe for the morning juice:
- 4/5 stalks of kale
- some lettuce of your choice
- 1 lemon
- small piece of ginger
- few drops of stevia
It tastes as lemonade :-)) Enjoy!
raw carob is super yummy and you can soak cashew nuts and then blend with carob and a sweetner like agave or something you are comfortable with. :)
