  • @BrindaRammy Just a suggestion since you don't want to drop a ton of cash on weight(I totally agree with you on this one). For light workouts, you can get large cylindrical containers of water or tea(Like arizona 20 ounces or however big they are). They're probably like.. a pound and some change each? Also half gallon jugs of water work really well. All cheap and available from your convinience mart. Plus? Cool down drink readily available post-excersize :)
