I think the intention of the video is that more riders need to actually get an endorsement and/or take some sort of training course. With gas going up and more people who don't ride all of a sudden thinking they can ride, its a cause for concern.

Personally, no - there is more to be said, that's not covered. For example - hazards that are nature controlled, chain-reaction hazards... things like that.
