lol... How naive you are. Don't you know, when people on the religious right stand on their soapboxes and preach moral values they mean for everyone but them.

there's a limit to how much crap you can put on the airwaves, so with enough money/equip.you can take over the whole thing, and apart from newer things like cable and internet, regulating airwave traffic is important for communication in a free society.

You may have a point that nobody should own it rather than, as Nader says, airwaves being public property to be rented out.. The real problem right now is that the FCC makes it impossible to use the airwaves unless you have a lot of money.
