Lol. Bullshit! @mrzack... income tax isn't even used for any benefits of u.s. people. The "Apportioned" taxes, I.e. sales tax, controls inflation and furthermore, inflation is bullshit in it's self. Banks and government created inflation

if nobody paid their taxes then it would create inflation. govt tax you not only to receive recycled US dollar as income, but also control inflation.

How uplifting is that? You watch a documentary like "Freedom to Fascism" and Zeitgeist, to name a few and come to the conclusion that the income tax is indeed unconstitutional. Or maybe not. But if you did come to that conclusion, how on earth are you supposed to fight it? Here is Joe Bannister's attorney basically saying "good luck" to anyone who chooses to fight them. We have all these figures like Sherry Jackson, Bannister, Russo, etc telling us the truth, but offer no solution!

Banister's attorney admitted that Banister had been paying his federal income taxes (which was apparently why he was not charged with tax evasion), and repeatedly referred to Al Thompson as a "liar" and "convicted felon".

(1) The trial counsel of a general or special court-martial shall prosecute in the name of the state, and shall, under the direction of the court, prepare the record of the proceedings.
(2) THE ACCUSED HAS THE RIGHT TO BE REPRESENTED in his or her defense before a general or special court-martial or at an investigation under RCW 38.38.316 as provided in this subsection.
