To make it simple, which Sailor Scout moves and hits fastest?Which Sailor Scout does the most damage in regular attacks?Which Sailor Scout is the best for defensive?Which Sailor Scout has the strongest throws? Which Sailor Scout has the longest reach in range of basic attacks?

Basically differences between characters in SF 2 style in ability.

@MatchaCUB- Also Iam curious. Have you spotted any difference between the sailor characters in the game aside from special moves? I mean differences in overall control of the character such as how Chun LI from Street fighter moves so fast and how Charlotte from Samurai Shodown has such long reach and does great damage rather than all the characters being identical like in Mortal Kombat.

@MatchaCUB- I am playing this game via saturn emulator. Iam wondering how come the character moves so slowly in the video? When I play on my emulator the characters move so smoothly and perfectly and are beautiful to look at (despite being 3D not anime)! I never seen any of the slowdown on this video when I play the game on my emulator. Rather its very fast paced and the frames move at a good pace!
