Recorded on October 10, 2009 using a Flip Video camcorder.
I left this video raw so you know that was all the dust it left behind. you can skip ahead to 2:20 to bypass the repeated cutting. If Makita would redesign the rubber Flap i think it could pick up 3/4 of what has been left. LEAVE a Comment and let me know what you think.

  • that saw costs more than most bigger saws @ $425

  • @s37d yes the LS 1016 had just come out and was only $40 more at the time. for what i use the saw for it is the perfect machine. it does need to have its motor reset to the angled orientation so it could cut 3 1/2" base standing both ways.

  • Drill a few of holes in the table and make a port to fit and you'll pick up 80% of that

  • @zildjian212 you are just right > The reason i was cutting in that spot was it was enclosed and I

could sweep up ALL that the Vacuum missed

  • bu ürünü hirdavatmarketim [nokta] com'dan alabilirsiniz

  • I was using a cheap Ridgid shop vac.....If you put a more powerful vacuum on it it actually will suck shut the rubber flap and be less effective.
