For ONCE, we wanted to see a great love story b/w two women on a daytime drama. There was PLENTY of potential to have a glorious angst filled dramatic romance b/w these two women without having a Man in the middle of it, no matter how GOOD [or not ] he is. For whatever reason, people JUST CANNOT seem to be able to tell THAT tale - the true love story b/w two women. JUST CANT DO IT -JUST DON"T GET IT. It's not that hard to understand really. TWO WOMEN - TOGETHER - PERIOD - NO MAN - CAPICE?

& please don't misunderstand me. I am not at all "heterophobic" nor "anti-male". Just saying, those "man in the middle b/w two women" stories are told over and over. "Lesbians meet tragic end" - over and over. "Lesbians run away out of fear and end up alone" - over and over. That is all we ever see. I just want to see this story told, just once - that they overcome adversity and end up together - just one time. I know, not going to get that here. Just explaining why so many are saddened.
