I lost my husband to pancreatic cancer 2 1/2 yrs ago. He was a worship leader and the Easter before he passed, he led our church choir singing this song. His memorial service was on Sunday morning and the church choir sang this song again. He rose to Jesus, fell on his knees and is in no more pain. Thank you Chris Tomlin for this amazing song!

This song makea me cry bt iget reminded that when i die, iwill rise with eagles wings iwill live forever with God.
Nd it reminds me of my uncle too. He died months ago from cancer but praise God that he turned back to God nd iknow ill be seeing him someday.

@dakeyjake Yes they can and no it doesn't but you mean to tell me, in a huge room full of the top worship music leaders in the country that not one person felt compelled to lead to stand in awe and reverence before a holy God who made all, who has the power to give and take life and also to condemn, judge and forgive sins? not one person?

So that means b/c all followers that don't sing a song for Him whether they can't carry a note or not,...---that they don't worship the Lord?What does that say f4those who R disabled or feel MORE worship in solitude?We express all worshipping differently.I am not a shy at all,but I don't need 2 do something that I don't feel in my heart & soul when it's not purely coming from a place 4my Savior.I feel it more in solitude& prayer. God loves truth. You stand up--don't criticize though.

@gioshmedina They can show reverence and adoration in their seats, can they not? The act of "worship" does not necessarily involve raising your hands and screaming at the top of your lungs.

@MayaCherry86 Each person worships differently. While you may feel led to stand up, raise your arms, and scream at the top of your lungs, the person next to you may be led to sit, whilst being passive and quiet.
