The majority of the parts are cast resin, vacuum cast in silicon moulds. wheel rims are turned aluminium, other metal parts are cast in pewter and polished/lacquered. We also use stainless rod for the wheel spokes, and etched metals for the flat metal parts. tyres are rubber, cast in the same way as the main body parts in a silicon mould under vacuum.
