Jack Vance is a science fiction / fantasy author. He also has written some mysteries, and the novel "Bad Ronald", on which the cult tv-movie of the same name is based.

He was interviewed in November 12th, 1976 for the radio program "Hour 25". I'm sorry for the poor sound quality.

first question we already knew the answer to 30 years later - he did finish The Face and The Book of Dreams, but here is some background on that.

2nd caller, some like social commentary like, Vance does, like, reply, and kind of like slaps him down, but it does like dominate the segment.
