42" 720P LG Plasma TV Review

After only two years of having this tv (Model 42PG20) the display has completely crapped out. First the TV wouldn't even turn on. After a warranty repair and a brand new display installation the TV was working great, until now. Two months after having the display replaced we have this weird grey fuzz bar going down the left hand side of the display. And it isn't goin away, time for another warranty repair.

LG make poor quality plasma's. I'd personally stay away from both LG and Samsung when it comes to plasma. Panasonic is renowned for their plasma technology and longevity.

@godanselmo I ended up replacing with a Samsung LCD which is fantastic. Will never buy any plasma again.

Agreed LG are totally shit! their customer services are dire, anybody out there stay well clear of LG remember that name LG its stands for SHIT GOODS I HAVE HAD A RUN IN WITH LG AND I SWEAR BY ALMIGHTY GOD THEY ARE NOT GETTING AWAY WITH THIS 800.00 AND TWO YEARS GLASS BREAKS HARDLY ANY USE IN TWO YEARS! AVOID THEIR PLASMA SCREENS LIKE THE PLAGUE!TAKE IT FROM ME IF YOU WANT TO PART WITH HARD EARNED CASH AND SEE THAT WASTED THEN BUY ONE!!
