i wish they would start putting a bigger bottle of neutralizing shampoo i cnt work with those little tiny packets of shampoo they put in those kits because i have a lot of hair.

@Xashme its it good... i ALWAYS go to the salon but i'm sick of my hairdresser and he insist on always cutting my hair. so i'm to the point where i'd rather do my own.

I use motions relaxer it is already mixed and it has oil moisture in it

I don't use a relaxer of any kind. I think we need more quality products for those who choose to remain natural.

Honestly, after going to salons every 1 to 2 weeks from the age of 11 to 31, the only reason I stopped was because I have Saturday and Sunday off and don't want to spend it in a salon all day! Going to a black salon, especially on a Saturday has always been a 4-6 hour event---just for a shampoo. The wait is usually due to the stylist being so greedy and scheduling way too many people. So I usually would end up sitting for at least 2 hours before anybody laid a finger on a strand of my hair.

That is totally unacceptible. More black salons should appreciate their clients and value their time. I understand your complaint...don't spend your money with anyone who doesn't respect your time.
