No, I don't think community policing is good for every community. It's unfortunate that the local authorities are recruiting "Tom, Dick and pancho" who have a criminal back ground the length of King Kongs dik. It falls in to the wrong hands it will bite you in the butt! "Tom, Dick and Pancho" gonna put you on that list because you caught him hitting that pipe so to keeo you quiet! Make sense?  lol

@swstalkee I agree and know factually, and on a personal level of a woman and her neighboring buddies who made a lot of 'monitoring' money community policing, whom, not only had a far less stellar background (as their 'suppose to have'), leaving behind 400k in bad foreclosures and lying to a court system, they used this to make fun, have fun and terrorize one other. All govt money in all the wrong hands--un-etheical, unkind, with laughable oversight.

@swstalkee It most certainly does fall into the wrong hands. They place you on hit lists, use Proxy community members and go after, terrorize and share data so that no matter where that person moves to, as they go slowly broke and their nerves are spent, its in the database while they laugh, and act haught--I know, have seen it.
