Birmingham Police Force Open Carriers to Leave Starbucks!!!!! *****PART 1 OF 4*****

***** READ INFORMATION FIRST *****
A regularly scheduled meeting at the Starbucks in Birmingham, Alabama at Five Points South was cut short when Officer Parker began asking for personal information from Tim, Jonathon, and Kyle.
Officer Parker was joined by Officer Ross. They asked for our information. We gave our names only so the officers called their shift supervisor to the scene, Sgt. Clark.
We were told that Open Carry was legal but we were alarming the other people. When we gathered our belongings and started leaving. Several Starbucks customers were upset that we were made to leave. The video is all that could be recorded.

if a store employee called them and told them they would like you to leave they can kick you out. I'm not saying that's what happened, but that might be a reason why.
