***** READ INFORMATION FIRST *****
A regularly scheduled meeting at the Starbucks in Birmingham, Alabama at Five Points South was cut short when Officer Parker began asking for personal information from Tim, Jonathon, and Kyle.
Officer Parker was joined by Officer Ross. They asked for our information. We gave our names only so the officers called their shift supervisor to the scene, Sgt. Clark.
We were told that Open Carry was legal but we were alarming the other people. When we gathered our belongings and started leaving. Several Starbucks customers were upset that we were made to leave. The video is all that could be recorded.

Please help us fight this type of injustice! Please call Tim at 205-305-2214 to make donations! We are currently looking for donations for fund raisers to pay for billboards, flyers, events, etc.! Help get the word out!

Contact Tim at the above number or TIm_Brand1988@yahoo.com

  • idiots carrying into starbucks. makes it harder for the rsponsible ones.

  • @newgarda Haha, You no you've lost (from the beginning) and you're trying to be a smartass to seem right. Simply someone having a bigger vehicle then someone else alarms allot of people. I guess we should all only legally be allowed to drive tiny cars. Then how we'll we haul all of our equipment, I guess we can just go ahead and make a dumb law then figure the rest out later.

  • @zlee415 driving on the sidewalk alarms people, drunk people in public alarms people, and smoking in some areas alarms people and guess what? they are illegal...

And "basically half the other shit we do" doesn't involve the possibility of somebody getting shot but w/e

  • @krazedgunner except for you are uncomfortable when somebody farts but it's a little different with a gun, You know, you dont have that fear for your life uncomfortable feeling.

  • @newgarda IF I TAKE A FART IN AN ELEVATOR ITS THE SAME THING BUT NO LAW

    (UNLESS A PORKER WAS THERE)

  • @PhillyCopsAreCorrupt i completely agree

  • @newgarda If thats the case then drinking, driving, smoking, and basically half of the other shit we do on a daily basis should be illegal even though it is legal to do. But hey, if its alarming the public, then I guess its illegal.

  • If you carrying guns is "alarming the other people" that is disturbing the public peace.

  • If Starbucks permits you to meet there, I do not see what the problem is.

  • if a store employee called them and told them they would like you to leave they can kick you out. I'm not saying that's what happened, but that might be a reason why.
