  • poooooolex: Like many modern composers, Saunders is investigating the way sounds happen, the way they emerge from silence, return to silence. She explores harmonics, dissonances. If you are expecting melodies, you will be disappointed, but give it a chance, let it play in the background for a while, and it might grow on you.
