In the 2nd of a "Home & Home - Variable Training Summit" Coach McKenna & Jim brought some toys and intensity to GE. In addition to teaching us a multitude of Rope Exercises, the "Strength Guru" introduced the GE Staff to PVC Pipe Stretching & Various Bandwork he categories as "homework" for the Athlete's at his impressive facility at Notre Dame H.S.
what do rope training like this do for an athlete? Any specific body parts they work on?
