Kaemon is now 3 weeks old. We started doing Elimination Communication with him when he was 6 days old. Now he is consistently pooing in the potty. We haven't caught all his pees yet but he is starting to really show us signs when he needs to go.

We started holding him over a training potty, but a couple nights ago I decided just to hold him over the toilet. Skip the middle man!!

  • that child is going to be so embarrassed at school when his friends see this.....

  • @xrebelkittenx **who dont change diapers. Internet was messing up.

  • @jessicapie24 Technically, until you notice and let those few seconds or that one minute go by bc you are getting the diaper, wipes etc ready, the baby IS in his own poop. Im not bashing on anyone bc i recently came across. Whatever method each person wants to use is up to them. Personally im not a big fan of parents who diapers within 10 minutes, pee or poo!

  • @jessicapie24: I am sure the research in child development you talk about was funded by some diaper making company. How do you think people dealt with this before diaper companies 'saved' people like you? Do you think children always had moms cleaning up their mess? Just the way moms can pick up their babies hunger cues, they can pick up their babies 'i need to go' cues as well.

  • I never let my baby "wallow in her own feces"...as I (like most moms) change her diaper promptly upon her pooping. I didnt potty trainer at at 3 weeks old because after obtaining a degree in child development, I knew it wasn't developmentally appropriate and a waste of time to put my baby on the toilet. And that is exactly what they are... BABIES! Babies (who cant even sit up) are not ready to be put on a toilet.

  • @jessicapie24 you're and idiot. I guess letting them wallow in their own feces is better?

  • woooowww

  • psssssss....... This is child abuse. If its so "natural" for a baby to potty train at 3 weeks old, why not naturally teach him to WALK himself out of his crib and go to the toilet at 3am. Now that would be impressive

  • y am i watchin this i was watching kittens learning to walk why did i clik dis lol cute baby though

  • i totally lol'd at that! hahaha. that was some explosive poop!
