Im a Ford guy but Chevy makes a good truck too. Only Achilles heel they have is that unlike Ford and Dodge,Chevy uses the I.F.S. on the 2500 -3500 series and in order for them to be of any serious off-road value,the ifs needs to be eliminated and replaced with a Dana 60 to withstand the punishment. hey make the kit and u can buy the axle but its kind of a time consuming process and you really need to have a facility to do something like that. Ur standard garage just wont do.

how do you get those custom lifts. the only lifts i see are 5-8 inch lift and that only allows 37 in tires.

i been trying to get my truck like that but cant find anyone to do it. did you do it yourself? or any advice?

You got to admit, those Allison transmissions are pretty great, they even use Allison on the M1 Abrams!
