Was you ordering pizza on the phone? Judging by the clock in the background you hardly even stopped for a union break or anything. I can see how the costs are justified. Nice work.

My fees are listed on my website which is indicated in the video. This particular painting is very large at 40"x30" and sells for $6,000. My smaller paintings are much more affordable and my collectors usually find something that will fit their budget. Thanks for asking!

I love it! so is that a panel? seems like you primed it with some ocre layer. so basically you do ALLA PRIMA? I like painting like that too, however I had find my colors to become dull after they dry. Is there any trick in there? when painting alla prima I am not using medium but ratheer pure bright colors. well thanks! fantastic wedding portrait!!!

Yes, it's wood panel that I prepared myself. I used around 4 coats of acrylic gesso and then toned it with a transparent oil wash and allowed it to dry before starting the painting. You shouldn't be experiencing too many dull areas, however, when you add the coat of protective varnish in around 3-6 months, any areas that have dried to a dull finish will "pop" with brightness. Good luck! - tp
