Why are they still on the street? Why are they allowed to continue to commit these acts? The juvenile justice system in this country is B.S. There is a difference between disadvantaged/misguided youths who need a second chance & violent offenders that must be put away to protect society.
I commend the two young men who helped the beaten young man. It doesn't take much to make a difference.
