Press Z (or Y) button and throw the bomb while you are dashing, and you can slid when you throw it.
ダッシュしてジャンプする瞬間に爆弾を投げると、ジャンプをキャンセルして滑りながら爆弾を投げます。ダッシュ投げの代わりにこのテクニックを使えば硬直時間を減らすこと­ができます。
