Final Disneyland trip of 2011

Went to the parks for one final time before the passes get blocked.

Shot the entire thing on a 50mm 1.8 lens. All the outdoor scenes were filmed at 1.8 at a 1/2000 shutter speed. It was my first time really testing out the faster shutter speed due to the fact that I lack 300 dollars for an ND filter. It has its advantages but the only major disadvantage I would have at filming at the high shutter is that you need to reduce your motion, if you move to much it'll make it seem like its chaos (example is at 20 seconds when I'm walking while filming the crowd) . Other than that I would prefer shooting at a higher shutter rather than to drop that money on an ND filter.

The night scenes were filmed with 1.8 but the only difference is that its filmed with the 1/50th speed.

Also none of this was color corrected the only correction I did was add more blue to the night time scenes due to how warm they looked. I also used the presets for the white balance. I just didn't feel like wanting to go into color correction so I used the "faithful" setting on the 5D Mark II.
