The Best of "The Postman"

This is the result of a lipsynch project for my Animation course. These linetests were intended to be part of a film, but unfortunately our group will not be finishing this film as it never really came together. However, i thought id upload my favourite bits of my contribution on here. I did animate more than this, but I've only included my lipsynching scenes as I don't have the dopesheet on me.
The shaking apparent in the last scene here is a warning to all DOJ animators not to use the batch scanner, unless you're desperate and care not for quality.
I suppose i should put my character in context also: The postman is a lonely guy, visiting some students on his rounds. He thinks theyre his mates, but he's wrong. Behold his pain.

go batch scanner! I'm not sure how to register images with that machine, there should be a way - but a quick(?) fix could be to add held position keys on that artwork layer in after effects, and reposition when necessary.
