Mine Was From The Orc In Winterhold That Gives The Quest Hitting The Books. I Was Starting The Quest And Suddenly Some Hired Thugs Come By...... I Killed Them And Looted Their Body Found A Contract From The Orc...... I Talked To Him He Had Normal Dialog. I Left The Contract On His Desk Like A Badass.....
