One more from the first recordings of the great Sicilian born Italian tenor Giuseppe Di Stefano. This was recorded in Switzerland in 1944 with just a piano accompaniment. Enjoy the sheer beauty of the young Di Stefano's voice.

THIs is the greatest Lyric tenor EVER! the beauty of tone and style is unmatched even by the other great tenors. gigli MIGHT be the only other lyric to even come close. wunderlich is a close third. jussi is also there. BUT, cant match stefano's style nor the beauty!
