Mission
The F-15 Eagle is an all-weather, extremely maneuverable, tactical fighter designed to permit the Air Force to gain and maintain air supremacy over the battlefield.

Features
The Eagle's air superiority is achieved through a mixture of unprecedented maneuverability and acceleration, range, weapons and avionics. It can penetrate enemy defense and outperform and outfight any current enemy aircraft. The F-15 has electronic systems and weaponry to detect, acquire, track and attack enemy aircraft while operating in friendly or enemy-controlled airspace. The weapons and flight control systems are designed so one person can safely and effectively perform air-to-air combat.

The F-15's superior maneuverability and acceleration are achieved through high engine thrust-to-weight ratio and low wing loading. Low wing-loading (the ratio of aircraft weight to its wing area) is a vital factor in maneuverability and, combined with the high thrust-to-weight ratio, enables the aircraft to turn tightly without losing airspeed.

  • @Yallniggasbetrollin: Now you made me want to play Ace Combat with F-15's!

  • Greece...

  • @Swatts24 stop bashing the u,s. slap you right in the face if you were in ny

  • @nexus1g Actually, I would consider that acceptable if it meant more civilians were going to die - a central European Country (can't remember which, think it was Germany but not sure), a bill was past in which, if an airliner was captured by a terrorist faction, Panavia Tornadoes would be deployed ASAP and the airliner shot down over a safe area.

Just wanted to point that out though - I totally agree with your response to that Zionist c*nt.

  • @SoloWing808 That comment illustrates that you know nothing of modern politics. This aircraft was a result of the Cold War after US Defence wrongly concluded that a prototype Russian aircraft as an air-superiority fighter. There will never be an end to conflict and if a single, largely developed Country (eg. the US) had no defence/offence capabilities then civilians could die as a result of invading forces.

It's basic Modern Studies and politics.

  • Also, "Freedom isn't free"...the mantra of the brainwashed, Nazi moron.

  • What's the point of all these weapons other than world domination? Imagine what those trillions of dollars could do for the world. Life would be so good, nobody would even want to fight.

  • @Swatts24

    Quit being a cunt.
