Lager Brew, All Grain

All grain lager brew, 3500g pilsner malt, 250g carapils, 65g acid malt, 70g hallertau hersbrucker hops AA 3.2.. mashed for 90 minutes at 66C, boiled for 90 minutes, 60g hops in for 90 minutes, and 10g of hops at the last 15 minutes of the boil.

@bmeyer44 I've wondered about using acid malt (malt sprayed with lactic acid, as I understand it) but so far have just used lactic acid solution with lager.
