First in a series examining the underwear, if any, worn by our forebears as they went rollin' and tumblin' along the Oregon Trail, among others, towards Manifest Destiny.
And while not all covered wagons were Conestoga, neither were were all underwears the same. Tonight we'll have a look at the Boxer Short.
Note the detailed, if primitive, embroidery (counted cross-stitch) of the baby face, and the name Leroy below.
Modesty prevents me from examining any more closely. Time to take the exit from the Oregon Parkway and grab some grub at the golden arches.
Enjoy ya'll.
