She frequents local grocery stores, malls, festivals and in this case, the Post Office seeking out people to watch her be crazy. I don't know her real name or how old she is but she's definitley insane. My friend took this video with her camera so that explains the girly laughter, but this is the Bethel Post Office

I saw her make sexual comments to a girl about 12 years old at Wal-Mart today. Security had to escort her out.

Spoke with one of the employees and he said she is trying to get on youtube and have it go viral. She has been banned from 3 different Wal-Mart stores in the area. One of her relatives even follows her around in case no one else video tapes her. She doesn't have a medical disease, she is just trailer trash trying to get rich by being trailer trash.
