how to get youtube hq widescreen settings in sony vegas

this is a tutorial of how to get widescreen on youtube with out the huge file size and long rendering time. these settings are for sony vegas.

with these settings the randering time was only 13 minutes for this video.
the file size was nearly half the size.

the screen settings are 640 x 360

if your video doesnt reach the edges then on the render as pop up tick the stretch video to fill output.
i forgot to put that in.
