No.. Not at all. Stop generalizing.

Neither are good if they are done too much, which is what's happening. That is the idea of the Green Movement, is it not? It's not just Gas Guzzling cars and trucks, but also unnecessary waste like just throwing away easily recyclable materials like metal, plastic, and cardboard.

These are all steps toward a less smog and garbage filled world. If there have been 6 ice ages like you claim (but do not cite), then we're all doomed anyway.
